Abstract
This mini-grant proposal seeks funding to gather qualitative data through interviews and focus groups, exploring student learning and experiences at Merze Tate College. Analyzing this data will provide valuable insights for both marketing and quality improvement initiatives. The project aligns with Merze Tate College's commitment to DEI work and excellence in student engagement. A student employee will be hired to assist with data collection and analysis, ensuring student perspectives are directly integrated into the project. The findings will inform strategic decision-making, leading to enhanced marketing materials that resonate with prospective students and improved programs and services that better meet the needs of current students. This project, rooted in student voices, will ultimately drive both institutional growth and student success.
