Abstract
This assessment project aims to examine the value of 360-degree assessment for higher education with the goals of (a) enhancing undergraduate and graduate students' learning experiences and outcomes, (b) developing an assessment toolbox for broad dissemination, (c) fostering curriculum alignment, and (d) contributing to program and unit level learning outcomes assessment while keeping a strong alignment with WMU’s strategic priorities. Funding will be applied toward strategic examination of data derived from exploratory implementation of 360-degree assessment within four School of Public Affairs and Administration courses. Dissemination products include a 360-degree assessment toolbox, presentations and reports, and possible journal manuscripts.
