Abstract
Within an increased focus on cultural competencies in counseling psychology, a need for systemic training is prominent. It has been noted systemic training provides a key link in counseling across cultures. Two training programs are considered as exceptional examples of immersive experiences increasing trainees’ cultural sensitivity through systemic training contexts.
