Psychology and Disability: Expanding Multicultural Horizons

Abstract
While multiculturalism has been referred to as psychology's "fourth force," less emphasis has been placed on people with disabilities. Utilizing conceptual, theoretical, and empirical findings, a persuasive case will be presented to bolster the claim for disability as a marginalized status worthy of greater inclusion in the multicultural movement.
