Abstract
Athletes cope with stressful performance situations throughout their careers. Many factors impact athlete coping, including athlete perception of coach leadership behaviors. The purpose of the proposed presentation is to explore the findings of a research study that examined how athlete perception of coach leadership behaviors influences athlete coping strategies.
