Abstract
Syrian refugees represent the largest forced migrant population in the world, and experience traumatic events that place them at elevated risk of psychopathology, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and prolonged grief disorder. Therefore, this presentation will discuss strategies for prevention, psychoeducation, and counseling when assisting Syrian refugees.
