Abstract

Shall blacks become a part of white America? Can they become a part of white America? A number of writers have dealt with this issue and found what they thought to be solutions. So far their solutions and reforms have not as of yet assimilated the masses of black people in this society. Some writers and speakers proclaim that it will take time and there has to be a start. The question now 1s how long will it take and when does one cease to start and be on the way to full liberation?
