Abstract
In years past, there has been a push in the area of international business and education. It's hard to find a college or university that does not have some kind of foreign language requirement. Most institutions have departments and resources promoting overseas experiences through study programs or internships. Allan E. Goodman, President of the Institute of International Education, clearly agreed with these efforts by saying "Many U.S. campuses now include international education as part of their core educational mission, recognizing that increasing the global competence among the next generation is a national priority and an academic responsibility" (Gilroy, 2006, p. 9).
