Abstract
Cultural awareness and sensitivity are extremely important in today's increasingly global society. As such, learning about the accepted customs and traditions of other cultures is necessary. The purpose of this thesis is to document the different cultural practices involved in conducting proper international greetings and dining etiquette. This includes researching appropriate body language, attire, formal introductions, and general customs. The research for this thesis was gathered from personal interviews, written questionnaires, and from reviewing literature.
