Abstract
Western Michigan University has 29,178 students, of which 5,869 are graduate. Although WMU Libraries have developed many online services to help students use the library effectively, most graduate students are still unfamiliar with the WMU Library systems. WMU Library Marketing Committee was formed to address the gap between what is being offered and what is being used by graduate students. The committee is interested in a communication campaign that emphasizes the library's online services. This will include providing analysis of the target audience.
