Abstract
This paper describes the process required to become a thriving, sustainable business that is capable of delivering its product. Based on the experiences of the business manager of Nirali Magazine, this project examines Nirali's process for formally organizing as a financial entity and considerations as the business grows. After assessing the interest of founders, members decided to take on the project as a business venture.
