Abstract
Philosophy is essentially a quest for understanding. In Greek the word means "love of wisdom," and it has become the study of existence, morals, minds, and reasoning. Great philosophers have had their thoughts echoed through time in various forms. In the present day, film can be an effective medium in expressing philosophic principles.
