Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to examine several aspects of team teaching at the elementary school level. Included in the paper are general descriptions of teams, various types of teams, and advantages and disadvantages of teaming for both teachers and students in teaming situations. Finally, comments from seven team teachers from a school in the Midwest whom I interviewed are included as well.
