Abstract
Sub-topics will include an introduction of MICARE (Medical Informatics Center for Analysis, Research and Education), discussions on the importance of medical informatics to medical professionals and the patients they serve, collaborative environment of technology and medicine, and how to help physicians achieve their research goals. We will also explore establishing a clinical data repository for deep analytics and the Electronic Medical Record (EMR), the development of mHealth tools for physicians and their patients, and helping orthopedic surgeons and their patients through 3D modeling.
