Abstract
This experiment was conducted to determine the reliability of the Leaderless Group Discussion as group membership changed. The overall Pearson Product Moment Correlations for the participants' behavior in the two Leaderless Group Discussions ranged from .80 to .96. The correlations of the participants' behavior in the two Leaderless Group Discussions in the individual categories varied. This experiment concluded that group membership does have an effect on some of the individual categories. Overall group membership does not seem to have an effect on the reliability of the Leaderless Group Discussion.
