The Study and Its Background
In educating for life adjustment in the highly technological culture existent in this country, it is necessary to recognize the role of safety education. More recognition, however, will not instill the proper attitudes, habits, and physical skills necessary for safe and healthful living. But, to the citizenry it is perhaps the most cogent concern in as much as the consequences of unsafe acts involving use of the motor vehicle are so constantly and dramatically present.
