Abstract
This article features Our Lady of Guadalupe School v. Morrissey-Berru, along with the Supreme Court decision involving Catholic school teachers and the ministerial exception. According to the article, the court referenced a scripture passage from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Although not specifically about the COVID-19 pandemic, the article discusses the issues around separation of church and state in a court case that occurred during a time when government and places of worship have been colliding due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
