It’s Okay to be Doing Okay During the Pandemic
This article discusses feelings of guilt experienced by many individuals who are not suffering from the COVID-19 pandemic. The article details Buddhist doctrine, specifically the Sallatha Sutta or “The Arrow” and ideas of suffering and helping others. Mindfulness teacher Rhonda Magee is featured in the article.
