Abstract
This article discusses Buddhist doctrine and how it relates to grocery shopping amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. The article talks about issues such as scarcity, panic buying, the psychological impact of the pandemic, and toilet paper. The article focuses primarily on the doctrine of “non-attachment”.
