Abstract

This article details the Commission of the Bishops' Conferences of the European Union (COMECE), and their stance on the current restrictions faced by religious institutions during the COVID-19 pandemic. The article discusses religious freedom, along with how the Church wishes to incorporate the freedom of religion into future COVID-19 related policies. The article features a link to The ‘Joint European Roadmap towards lifting COVID-19 containment measures’.
