Abstract
This article discusses the lawsuit filed against Governor Gavin Newsom of California by three churches. The lawsuit is based on the claim made by three churches that state their First Amendment rights have been violated by to the California Stay-At -Home Order instituted by the governor. The Center for American Liberty, a non-profit conservative group, has officially filed the lawsuit in support of Christian churches that believe they have the constitutional right to remain open.
