Abstract
This project report records the internship experience as Administrative Assistant at the Calhoun Area Vocational Center in Battle Creek, Michigan. Chapter I is the background of the internship. The plan for the internship is found in the prospectus in Chapter II. The log for the internship is recorded in Appendix A which describes the leadership skills experienced in planning, organizing, controlling and evaluating. The achievement of objectives is described in Chapter III. Chapter IV are the conclusions and recommendations.
